Can I edit my order?
We cannot guarantee that we can edit or change your order before it ships, as work begins on your items almost immediately. If you need to edit a shipping address, billing address, product type, quantity, or color, please email us at email@example.com (please include your order number) as quickly as possible to potentially have these updated.
How are your products made?
A majority of our products are sourced within the United States. In the event where we need to source products from overseas, our fulfillment partners inspect manufacturers through third-party auditors to ensure that the products are made in a safe and ethical work environment.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, email firstname.lastname@example.org
I haven't received my order, what should I do?

My order arrived but the product is wrong/damaged, what should I do?
Most orders arrive without a problem, but if there is an issue with your product or order, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org (please include your order number).

My order is a gift, can you not include a receipt?
Our fulfillment team automatically includes a small receipt/packing slip in each merchandise order. Sadly, this is out of our control and is included on each and every order.
Are there additional custom charges on international shipments?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on any international shipments. This fee is not in our control and is up to your country and how they handle a merchandise package. We do not receive any of this tax. Some orders with multiple items may ship the items separately, causing multiple customs fees to occur. Again, we cannot do anything to combat these fees. We do ask that you stay aware of customs fees when ordering from Happy Meow Meow.
When will my order be shipped?
Hello Meow Meow items can take up to 2 days for processing. Certain items may take longer to ship.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Hello Meow Meow ships to the USA and Canada. We hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future.
When will my order arrive?
Orders have fulfillment times and shipment times.
Orders shipping within the continental United States can expect to receive their orders within 3 - 8 business days after it ships from our facilities.
Orders shipping to Canada will arrive within 5 - 15 business days.
Where will my order ship from?
All Domestic and International orders are produced and shipped from the USA.
My tracking link hasn’t updated in 48 hours, what do I do?
If your tracking number does not update within 48 hours, there could be a delay or problem with the shipment itself. Please contact us with any and all details about your order at firstname.lastname@example.org
